Accounting for Calibration Uncertainties not listed on Certificate

I am seeking advice as to how to report the calibration uncertainty for certain ranges that are spec'ed, but not calibrated during the last calibration.  Being that there are different specifications for the array of frequencies that the 8508A can handle, I have come across frequency ranges that were not calibrated by Fluke during the last cal event.  I know that I need to add this to my budget, but I'm unsure if I should default to the vendor's scope for this or simply take the worst case scenario for that range.  Please let me know if you have any insight!
