Electronic Leads effect on the Uncertainty of a Measurement

I am seeking information that will help lead me to an accepted procedure (by A2LA/ISO 17025) that will result in statistical data for the Uncertainty Contributor of Electronic Leads in a measurement.  I am hoping I can perform an experiment using a couple sets of solid copper shielded leads and use the standard deviation of the results as the Uncertainty Contributor of Leads for all of the electronic ranges of my budget.  Please let me know if you have any useful information, thanks!
